Sample Wedding Ceremony

Guests are seated eldest woman in Bride’s family is seated last.

Processional: Brides Maids, Flower girl, Ring bearer, Bride (with father or other)
Introduction, I address parents, Bride & Groom, and read a short scripture.
Bride Given Away* Bride says goodbye to father and mother.
Marriage Covenant I talk about the bond of marriage.
I Do’s these are your vows  Vows & Promises
Promises & Ring Ceremony you recite your promises to each other.
Prayer/Blessing/Pronouncement/Kiss
Special Ceremony* Candle, Communion, Sand, Wine or other**    
Presentation of Bride & Groom
Recessional  
*Song suggested. You may place songs anywhere during the ceremony. **optional ceremonies.

Ceremony is approximately 20 -25 minutes.  In the ceremony I honor your parents, talk about the meaning of marriage, share marriage keys, and use meaningful quotes and scriptures. Ceremony may be tailored to suit your needs. For more on what I say, click here.

Tips:
Consider music at places noted. Ask a friend to read a poem or share. Consider writing promises or reciting a poem to your intended.  I will work with you to make your wedding memorable and help you write special promises if you wish.
